Brainfood Bread
All Brainfood sourdough is created by hand over a two day period. The dough is mixed, folded, rested and formed within a 4 hour period before starting a 13-16 hour cold-proofing session. Deeply rich flavors develop through the fermentation process.
NW wheat berries are sourced for our specialty loaves. Milled with a vintage 1970’s magic mill then carefully sifted. Currently all flour used for Brainfood Bread is from Camas Country out of Eugene, OR .
This process continues to evolve through experimentation and magic.

Deliveries are made twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays
