Country Sourdough
Ingredients: Sourdough leaven, Camas Country all purpose hard white wheat, sifted hard white wheat edison flour, spelt flour, water and salt.
Notes: The Country Sourdough is the classic rustic bread. It goes with just about everything . This loaf is spongy, springy and crusty, and contains the smell of fresh honey and the flavor of wheat fields blowing in the mid-summer wind. Deliveries are made on Wednesdays & Fridays and will include any orders placed within Saturday-Monday. Any orders placed after Monday will be delivered on the following Wednesday or Friday.
