Ingredients: sourdough leaven, Einkorn Flour, Spelt Flour, sifted hard white wheat edison flour, water and salt.
Notes: Einkorn and Spelt come from the farro grain family and are some of earth’s oldest grains, dating around 5000 BC. These ancient grains are high in protein and antioxidants. Both the einkorn and spelt berries come from Camas Country and are milled and sifted into fresh flour at The Bread Dojo. The deep flavors of this bread are nutty, muddy and sweet.
Deliveries are made on Wednesdays & Fridays and will include any orders placed within Saturday-Monday. Any orders placed after Monday will be delivered on the following Wednesday or Friday.
